All passwords on Staxus are case sensitive. Please make sure you enter your password with capital or lowercase letters that you used when creating your account.

If your password is something like "PAssWoRd" then you need to enter it exactly like that. "password", "PASSWORD" or any other combination will not work.

Multiple failed login attempts will get your account blocked.

Additionally, we advise against the use of VPN's as they frequently change IP address, this can also cause your account to be locked. 

Please do not share your account information with anyone. We use a highly advanced security system that will notice if an account is shared with anyone else and you will get your account locked.

If your account has been blocked, submit a ticket and we'll get your account unblocked.
