Streaming keeps buffering / doesn't start playing

We are aware that some users may experience issues with our streaming service, we are working to resolve this issue, but we need your help also, if your video keeps buffering or takes a long time before it starts playing please submit a ticket with the following info:

Please let us know your State / Province & country, as well as provide us the results of an MTR test.

How to perform an MTR test?  

Windows users: 

Go to the URL listed below to download the program for windows

- Put in as host: cdnl.staxus.com

- Click on the options button, and uncheck the option 'resolve name', click on ok.

- Click on start button in the main window

- After 2 minutes click on stop

- Click Copy text to clipboard

- Create a new support ticket on https://tickets.staxus.com/open.php - Under help topic select Streaming / Playback issues. The MTR results need to be pasted in "MTR Results Field"

MacOS Users:


Go to the URL listed below to download the .pkg file for your version of Mac OS.

Right click on the file, hold command key on keyboard and click open on the downloaded file to launch the installer.

During the installation, you will be asked for your Mac password.

Using the Spotlight search or Launcher, locate the Terminal application.

Enter the command:
mtr -n -r -c 100 cdnl.staxus.com

Wait for this to finish, this may take a while.

Once completed, please copy the lines displayed and create a new support ticket on https://tickets.staxus.com/open.php - Under help topic select Streaming / Playback issues. The MTR results need to be pasted in "MTR Results Field"
